The cost depends on many factors. These factors include the type of website and the work involved. To avoid any uncertainties our pricing is typically 50% upon contraction and 50% immediately prior to website launch.

TR offers hosting with limited space. We recommend that you get hosting individual.  Your domain registrar and hosting provider will charge you a yearly renewal fee. Please see hosting recommendations.

TR will walk you through the process of managing your site. We will demonstrate all the functionality available to you including category and product maintenance, product imagery upload and options etc.

No, not typically. While we have used flash before, we do not recommend using flash. Using Flash animation limit your website search engine indexing. There are other applications that offer the same visual appeal flash does, such as jQuery.

We give our recommendation or review, troubleshooting, correction, direction on what technology the business needs to run its daily activities.

Not directly. Rather, we advise and facilitate. We are able to research, consultant, recommend, and install software your business needs to run efficiently.

The process starts by contacting us so that you can discuss your technology needs. After this first discussion, a consultant will define the scope of the project. The consultant will then follow up with you to get any further technical details needed in order to understand the project. Once TR have a good understanding of the project and your technology needs, TR will provide you with an official proposal detailing estimated time, costs, project scope, and a preliminary schedule. Once you have reviewed and accepted our proposal, we can begin work on your project.

Depending on the project and/or task, TR charges a consulting fee on an hourly or per project basis. The cost is usually based on the actual hours spent on the project. TR will then bill only the time actually spent on the project. In some long-term projects, TR may utilize a fixed project fee.

This depends on the project and the expertise required. Generally, we can have a consultant assigned to your project immediately.

In general, all projects include a complete and thorough report that describes our findings, analysis and recommendations. These deliverable will be defined in the project proposal or added in subsequent modifications to the scope as the project progresses.

This depends on the project. Many projects will have milestones that are dependent on both you and TR. Whenever possible, the project proposal will include a reference to the type of cooperation that will be required in order to successfully complete the project (such as a single point of contact within the organization, timely response to requests for information or decisions, and so on). In general, our project scheduling involves time to complete each task once other milestones have been completed. If decisions or delays on your part cause milestones to be missed, the project schedule may need to be adjusted to reflect that.

Yes. TR will always take the highest care to assure that your data and intellectual property are protected. We do encourage the execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to any project initiation..
